Alma Flor Ada From A Family of Storytellers. We also read several leveled books during guided reading.
1st Grade Math
This week we concentrated on subtraction. We have been working on solving problems using pictures and counting cubes. We have also been concentrating heavily on our "teen" numbers.
2nd Grade Tier 3
This week we worked on Lesson 1 and 2 of our Leveled Literacy Intervention. We read two stories -
The Little Red Hen and
Things That Fly. Keep an eye out for the yellow folder that comes home with your child everyday.
