Reading and Language Arts
This week in Reading we have been working on daily journaling. The children are making great progress with this. In our Wilson Reading program we have been working on: vowel-consonant-e syllable words, long vowel sounds, and reading V-E words with suffixes.

Math
We have been working on Chapter 7 with double digit subtraction. The children are now able to subtract double digits and regroup when necessary. We will also use our skill of subtracting double digit numbers to problem solve. Please continue to practice subtraction facts with your child.
